AI Company OS

AI Company OS is a workflow tool built and used by tokyoworklog (an independent developer) for their own work. Short videos drafted with AI are delivered to the operator's own social media accounts only after the operator has reviewed and approved each one.

What it does

• Uploads a video to the operator's own TikTok inbox as a draft. The operator decides in the TikTok app whether to publish it.
• Publishes an approved Reel to the operator's own Instagram professional account.
• Every post is reviewed and approved by the operator first. Nothing is posted automatically.

Who uses it

Only the operator. The tool never connects to or posts for anyone else's account.

Data handling

The tool handles only the operator's own account identifiers, usernames and access tokens, and the videos and captions the operator approved. Tokens are stored only in the Keychain of the operator's Mac and are never shared. See the Privacy Policy.

Disconnecting

The TikTok and Instagram connections can be removed at any time. See How to disconnect.
