Terms of Service

1. About the tool

AI Company OS (the "Tool") is developed and used by tokyoworklog (the "Operator") for the Operator's own work. It is not offered to the public.

2. Users

Only the Operator uses the Tool. It connects only to social media accounts the Operator manages.

3. How posting works

• The Operator reviews and approves every video and caption before it is sent.
• For TikTok, the Tool only uploads a draft to the Operator's inbox. The Operator publishes it in the TikTok app.
• Videos made with AI are labelled as such.

4. Platform rules

The Operator follows the terms, developer policies and community guidelines of every connected service, including TikTok and Instagram (Meta).

5. Prohibited use

• Connecting to or posting to anyone else's account
• Any use that circumvents a platform's review or limits
• Posting unlawful content

6. Disclaimer

The Tool is used as-is by the Operator and makes no promise of operation or results to any third party.

These terms may be updated. Changes are announced on this page.
