Privacy Policy

This policy explains how tokyoworklog (the "Operator") handles information in AI Company OS (the "Tool"). Only the Operator uses the Tool, and it connects only to the Operator's own social media accounts.

1. Information collected

• TikTok: the account identifier (open_id), display name, username, the granted permissions and access tokens of the Operator's account.
• Instagram: the professional account ID, username, display name, access token, and view counts and similar numbers for posts made with the Tool.
• The videos and captions sent with the Tool and a record of each send.

The Tool does not collect personal information about anyone other than the Operator.

2. How it is used

• To deliver videos the Operator approved to the Operator's own accounts.
• To confirm that the destination is the Operator's own account.
• For the Operator to review how posts performed.

3. Storage

Access tokens are stored only in the Keychain of the Operator's Mac. Video files and the record of each send are kept on the Operator's Mac. A video for Instagram is placed in a private storage location (Cloudflare R2) only while Instagram fetches it, and is deleted right after (at the latest within 24 hours).

4. Sharing

Information is never sold or shared with third parties. Videos and captions are sent only to the destinations the Operator approved (TikTok, Instagram) and to the temporary storage location above.

5. How to disconnect and delete data

The connection can be removed at any time in any of these ways. After that, the Tool can no longer send anything to the account.

• In the Tool: the Operator chooses "Remove" for the account. The stored tokens are deleted; for TikTok, the permission is also revoked at TikTok.
• In TikTok: remove "AI Company OS" from the list of connected apps in the TikTok app's settings.
• In Instagram: remove "AI Company OS" under "Apps and websites" in the Instagram app's settings.

To request deletion of information stored by the Tool, use the contact below. Sent videos and the record of each send stay only on the Operator's Mac as the Operator's work records.
